Time is an Ingredient™

Four formulas.
One daily rhythm.

Biologically, we are not the same person in the morning as in the evening. Each formula has its place in the day. Together, they create one simple routine.

30 actives across four formulas · 8 magnesium compounds across the day

☀ Morning
  • Magnesium AM
  • Skin Renewal Complex
☾ Evening
  • Magnesium PM
  • Super Sleep
Dosing

Flexible dosing

1–2 capsules per formula, per day. Adjust within the recommended daily serving.

1 capsuleLower daily serving
2 capsulesHigher daily serving

Choose according to the product directions and your routine.

Start simple. Stay consistent.

30 · 60 · 90 days

Give your body
time.

The body does not change overnight. Change develops in cycles, not in days — progressive phases, each month building on the one before.

30 DAYS

Stabilisation

The first month. Daily intake becomes regular and the rhythm of the day settles.

60 DAYS

Adaptation

The second month. Cellular and structural processes accumulate on top of the first.

90 DAYS

Integration

The third month. The protocol is part of the day, and this is the usual point at which a routine like this is reviewed.

Longevity lifestyle

The protocol is
one part of it.

A longevity lifestyle is built from what you do every day. Supplements support the foundation. They do not replace it.

Common questions

Questions

Do I have to take them at four different times?
No. There are two: morning and evening. Super Sleep is taken last, before bed.
Can I take only one formula?
Yes. Each formula works on its own. The packs simply combine formulas that are taken at the same time.
What if I miss a day?
Continue the next day as normal. Do not take a double dose.
Can I take all four formulas together?
Yes, but not at the same moment. Magnesium AM and Skin Renewal Complex are taken in the morning, Magnesium PM in the evening and Super Sleep before bed. Follow the recommended daily dose of each.
Can I take it with medication?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. Skin Renewal Complex should not be taken alongside anticoagulants.
Can I take it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No. Skin Renewal Complex and Super Sleep are for healthy adults only and are not for pregnancy or breastfeeding. For the magnesium formulas, ask your doctor.
How long does one tin last?
Each tin holds 60 capsules. At two capsules a day that is one month, at one capsule a day it is two.
With food, or without?
Magnesium AM is taken with a meal. The others can be taken either way, with enough water.
Do I need all four formulas?
No. Each formula can be used on its own. The Complete System is for those who want a structured morning-to-night routine.
Can I start with one product?
Yes. Most people start with the one closest to what they are already looking for, and add later if they want to.
Why are the formulas organised by time of day?
Because the same ingredient does not belong everywhere in the day. Magnesium AM and Magnesium PM carry different magnesium compounds; Skin Renewal Complex sits in the daytime alongside them; Super Sleep is the last step before bed. Splitting them keeps each serving smaller and each formula purpose-built, instead of one capsule that tries to cover everything. That is what Time is an Ingredient™ means.
How much melatonin is in Super Sleep?
0.1 mg per capsule. That is a physiological amount — far below the doses used in high-dose melatonin products.
