Escape Protocol

Escape Protocol

Complex biology.
Simple decisions.

Escape Protocol turns the complexity of longevity into a system you can actually live with — built around biological timing, consistency and support over time, not shortcuts.

The idea

Time is an ingredient.

Human physiology is not the same at every hour. Sleep, energy metabolism, stress response, recovery and hormonal signalling all change through the day.

So support is organized around biological timing — morning and evening — instead of treating the body as if it were identical for twenty-four hours.

MorningEvening

The same day, two different physiological environments. What the body needs at one end of it is not what it needs at the other.

Morning

The active part of the day.

Light, movement, energy metabolism and the demands the body meets while it is awake.

Evening

The part that closes it.

Lower stimulation, recovery, and the transition into sleep — a different physiological environment, not the same one dimmed.

The system

Change has a system.

Progress comes from several elements working together. No single intervention replaces the others.

Modern life asks an enormous amount from human biology. People work, travel, carry stress, sleep imperfectly, age and keep performing under conditions that are rarely ideal. Perfect living is unrealistic — so the system is built to survive travel, difficult periods and imperfect days. That is what makes it useful.

What it holds to

Four things, consistently.

Biology needs time. Thirty, sixty and ninety days appear throughout the system — not as a promise attached to a date, but as a way of thinking in consistent support rather than immediate results.

The science

Grounded in evidence, honest about uncertainty.

Preprints, pilot studies, case reports and methodology on chronobiology, rhythm alignment and the timing of supplementation. Open access, with conflicts of interest declared. Where the science is settled we say so; where it is still emerging, we say that too.

This is a scientific database. No commercial content, no product links.

The founder

Silvia Samarin, MD, PhD
“I spent years understanding how different systems interact — and how to turn that complexity into something people can actually live with.”

Silvia Samarin, MD, PhD — physician and formulator. Escape Protocol came out of the meeting point between medicine, longevity science, clinical work and her own transformation. She has lived the problem the system addresses: how to keep health, energy and resilience while life stays demanding and imperfect.

Start

The supplements are the first physical part.

Four formulas organized around biological timing — two magnesium formulas for morning and evening, one for skin, hair and nails, and one taken before sleep. They can be used on their own or as morning and evening routines.

They are the most tangible part of Escape Protocol. They are not the definition of it.
